AMQ Names Sara Harper as Regional Sales Manager, West
Grand Rapids, MI January 28, 2026 — AMQ is excited to announce Sara Harper as the new Regional Sales Manager for the West, bringing nearly two decades of experience in architectural products, interior design, and strategic sales leadership across the Western United States.
Sara joins AMQ following eight years with 3form, where she most recently served as Director of Business Development for the West Region. In this role, she led major market growth initiatives, coached high‑performing sales teams, and partnered closely with designers, dealers, and clients to bring cutting‑edge architectural materials and experiences to life. Her background also includes key sales and design positions with Daltile, Design Force, and Lantz Boggio Architects.
With an early foundation in interior design and years of guiding design professionals through complex, high‑impact solutions, Sara brings a rare combination of aesthetic sensibility, market insight, and business strategy — all essential to supporting AMQ’s rapidly expanding product portfolio and dealer network across the Western U.S.
Sara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from The Art Institute of Colorado and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from the University of Oklahoma. She has also been an active contributor to the design community, including service as a board member for NEWH, The Hospitality Network.

In her role as Regional Sales Manager, Sara will oversee the Western territory sales organization, support dealer and A&D engagement efforts, and drive strategic growth initiatives across key markets.
