Grand Rapids, MI — June 8 — AMQ today announced the appointment of Patty Gountanis as Territory Manager, responsible for driving growth, dealer engagement, and brand expansion across Illinois, Milwaukee, and Missouri.

Gountanis brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial interiors, workplace strategy, and furniture solutions, with a strong reputation for building meaningful relationships and uncovering opportunities across complex market ecosystems.

Prior to joining AMQ, Gountanis served as Senior Relationship Manager at Wurkwel Ventures, LLC, where she played a key role in developing strategic partnerships and supporting clients through office expansion, relocation, and workplace transformation initiatives. She also held a leadership role at Rightsize Facility, contributing to nationwide turnkey solutions spanning space planning, furniture procurement, and facility services.

Throughout her career, Gountanis has worked closely with dealers, A&D firms, and corporate clients to deliver thoughtful, high-performing workplace environments. Her experience across both strategic advisory and execution roles gives her a uniquely holistic perspective on bringing spaces to life.

Beyond her professional achievements, Gountanis is deeply engaged in the business and design community. She is an active participant in the World Business Chicago Sister Cities International program, a member of the West Loop Association and Illinois Green Alliance, and a mentor through Female Strong, a program supporting young entrepreneurs. She is also a strong advocate for sustainable, human-centered workplace design and community-driven growth.
