AMQ Appoints Melissa Rabuck as Territory Manager for the Houston Market
AMQ is pleased to announce the appointment of Melissa Rabuck as Territory Manager for the Houston market, strengthening the company’s presence and partner support across one of its most strategically important regions.
Melissa brings more than two decades of experience in contract furniture, dealer development, and client success, with deep roots in the Greater Houston market. Most recently, she served as Regional Sales Manager at Digilock, where she partnered closely with OEMs, A&D firms, dealers, and distributors to deliver consultative solutions, simplify complex systems, and drive long-term growth through education and collaboration.
Known for her people‑first approach to sales, Melissa is highly regarded for building trusted relationships, empowering teams through training and clarity, and aligning customer needs with practical, scalable solutions. Her background also includes leadership roles at Debner and long-standing experience in account management and sales strategy, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the contract furniture ecosystem.

In her role as Territory Manager, Melissa will oversee dealer relationships, support A&D engagement, and drive business development throughout the Houston territory. She will focus on strengthening partnerships, expanding market opportunities, and serving as a strategic resource for customers and collaborators alike.

Melissa holds a degree in Communications from Angelo State University and is deeply involved in her community, volunteering with organizations such as Susan G. Komen and the Houston Food Bank. Outside of work, she enjoys hot yoga, mentoring young women, and spending time with her husband, three daughters, and their animals.
