AMQ Appoints Emily Carpenter as Client Engagement Specialist
Grand Rapids, MI – August 12, 2026 – AMQ is pleased to announce the appointment of Emily Carpenter as Client Engagement Specialist. In this role, Emily will support Territory Managers and dealer partners throughout the sales, specification, and project fulfillment process, helping deliver a seamless customer experience from concept to completion.
Emily brings more than 15 years of experience in customer service, project coordination, sales support, and operations. Throughout her career, she has supported Territory Managers, coordinated complex projects and installations, managed customer accounts, and collaborated across teams to ensure projects are executed successfully and on schedule. Her customer-first approach, attention to detail, and ability to build strong relationships make her a valuable addition to the AMQ team.
