Salary Data: $20.00/hr. - $22.00/hr.

We are seeking a motivated intern for a 6–12 month internship position.

The role will require a commitment of up to 25 hours per week.

Summary: The Marketing Intern reports to the Marketing Manager. This position is for a Marketing Intern who will support the marketing team with tasks such as content management, social media coordination, and administrative duties. The internship offers practical experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand management, providing an opportunity to develop key skills and knowledge in marketing operations.

Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities:

Sample Inventory Management:

  • Monitor and manage marketing sample inventory, ensuring stock levels are accurate and samples are readily available.
  • Coordinate reordering and distribution of samples to internal teams or clients as needed.
  • Support key product launch mailings by assembling launch kits and other marketing resources as needed.
  • Package and distribute marketing materials to sales and dealers as requested.

Content Management:

  • Assist in the creation and curation of engaging content for social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s messaging and is consistent across all platforms.
  • Support the marketing team in brainstorming creative ideas for campaigns and promotions.

Social Media Management:

  • Help manage company social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and fostering engagement.
  • Track and report on social media metrics to assess the performance of campaigns.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and suggest new ideas for increasing engagement.

HubSpot Management:

  • Assist in the cleanup and organization of contacts in HubSpot.
  • Ensure accurate tagging, categorization, and removal of outdated or duplicate entries.

Website Cleanup:

  • Assist with website maintenance, including adding thumbnails to the document library and ensuring images are correctly tagged to corresponding products.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure the website is up to date and visually appealing.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools.
  • Experience or willingness to learn HubSpot, or other CRM systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
