Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set and lead product strategy across AMQ’s full portfolio, aligning strategic roadmap priorities with customer needs, business goals and market opportunities.
- Lead AMQ’s new product development process from exploration to concept & ideation through launch, partnering closely with engineering, operations, sourcing and finance to deliver with speed, quality & profitability.
- Manage AMQ’s design direction, ensuring product solutions are consistent, cohesive and aligned with customer needs and brand intent.
- Guide successful go-to-market strategy by working closely with marketing to define positioning, messaging and launch plans that resonate with dealers and end users.
- Own portfolio management, overseeing the health and performance of the full product portfolio, including lifecycle planning, rationalization and whitespace identification.
- Leverage data and insights to inform roadmap decisions, identify growth opportunities and improve profitability and product line performance.
- Stay close to the market by tracking competitor activity, industry trends and customer feedback to ensure AMQ’s portfolio remains relevant and differentiated.
- Champion the customer perspective and experience across all stages of the product lifecycle.
- Build strong partnerships and work cross-functionally with sales, operations, customer experience and finance to ensure product readiness and support.
- Lead and develop a team of product managers, fostering curiosity, accountability for results and clarity of purpose across product categories.

Experience/Education:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in product management and/or product development, preferably in furniture.
- Proven leadership skills with at least 3 years experience at a manager level.
- Proven success leading product strategy, development and commercialization across multiple product lines.
- Experience with manufacturing and global supply chain dynamics is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required. MBA preferred.

This role balances long-term planning with day-to-day execution—overseeing portfolio performance, identifying market opportunities and guiding the strategic roadmap across all product categories. You’ll also lead new product development and launch efforts, guiding cross-functional teams to bring solutions to market that are competitively positioned, thoughtfully designed and built to scale.
